As we dive into autumn, the Reading Renegades RFC are gearing up for a busy month.
From crucial South Merit League matches to focused training sessions, there’s plenty to keep players and supporters engaged this month. Here’s what’s happening:
We kick off the month with a home game against Brighton & Hove Sea Serpents II. Last season, both fixtures against the Serpents were closely contested battles, so this promises to be another thrilling encounter.
Our first away game of the season sees us take on Rochford Hundred Hawks, marking the first-ever meeting between the Renegades and the Hawks. As it's the Hawks' debut season in the UK IGR Leagues, this will be an exciting and fresh challenge.
We close out the month with an away match against Bristol Bisons II. Although it's the Bisons II's debut season in the UK IGR Leagues, the Renegades faced them in a challenging friendly last season, which promises this league fixture will be another intense battle. The team is ready to give everything and end October with a strong performance on the road!
